To use the minimal vt52bis version:
1. Upload MLDISP to the calc
2. Install the MLDISP library:
    a. Put it on the stack
    b. Purge the MLDISP variable
    c. Enter `0' (without quotes)
    d. Press STO
    c. power-cycle the calc
3. Upload ANSI15BM - this gives a directory ANSI15BM on the calc

The main terminal program TTY52 in the ANSI15BM directory can now be used.

There's no SETTERM. If you don't agree with the default values, you'll
have to edit TERMPAR manually. See doc/original.txt for more info.
