MemMXtest Change Log

Version 2.0:

- First public release.
- Added support for arbitrary address bit mappings, which caused a nearly
   complete rewrite of all machine language routines.
- Found out how caching is really done, which needed many many test runs.
- Added subdirs under src/ for easier maintenance.
- Updated and extended the documentation.
- Many assorted other changes.
